Why this Harlan Coben series is different

This makes it an interesting step in Coben's collaboration with Netflix: a return to the American roots of his books, with a cast that reflects the global ambitions of the series.
The series has eight episodes and is written and created by Robert Hull, with Coben as executive producer. Francis Lawrence, who directed the Hunger Games films, is not involved in this project.
